Share Your Excitement
Presentations have been selected for the 2027 TCEA Convention & Exposition, and you are among that elite group. Below are some useful tips and resources for you to use to share the announcement and promote attendance at your session.
TCEA on Social
When sharing information about your session leading up to and at the conference, be sure to use the official hashtag #TCEA to extend the learning, discussion, and engagement.
Social media posts that contain photos or videos are proven to result in more online interaction. Create a short video highlighting the top objectives to be featured in your presentation. Post a link to the video and share it socially using the conference hashtag. Share a new tool, tip, or resource to gain new followers. However you can, encourage people to join the conversation and increase the number of attendees at your presentation!

Pro Tip: You can use the Slide Deck template below to share your presentation title with your followers. Just put in the title and export the slide!
Digital Badge
Include this digital badge in your email signature or anywhere you have an online presence to let your colleagues know you’ll be joining us for TCEA 2027.
Social Media Graphics & Templates
Share your status as a TCEA presenter with your network. Use the graphics as-is, or use the templates to promote your presence by adding a headshot or session title.
Presentation Template
Do you have your presentation all planned out, but need an on-theme slide deck template to go with it? We have you covered! Use the Google Slides (or PPT) template as a starting point for your Convention presentation. Or, use the background assets to build your own deck in the presentation software of your choosing.
Logo and Branding Guidelines
The following attributes are available for your convenience as you prepare your presentation and supporting materials.
By downloading the logo files, you agree to use the TCEA logo only to share information about your presentation and presence at the 2027 TCEA Convention & Exposition. You may not sell or give away any product with the TCEA logo unless you have explicit approval from TCEA. You may also not use the logo in a way that suggests a partnership, sponsorship, or official endorsement by or with TCEA.

Student Co-Presenters
A maximum of three student co-presenters per presentation may be registered by the primary presenter.
The primary presenter must register the student(s) with a complimentary Minor Presenter pass. This pass permits the student co-presenter to present only and will not permit the student into any other 2027 TCEA Convention & Exposition activities. Student co-presenters will require an adult chaperone at all times. Due to room capacities, only one adult chaperone will be permitted to attend the students’ session. The attending adult chaperone will qualify for a complimentary one-session-only badge for the students’ session. More information will be provided once the Student Presenter form is filled out. Any additional chaperones will be required to wait in the convention lobby area or they may purchase a conference badge if they’d like to join the session..
