Full Convention Registration

Your registration fee includes access to keynote sessions, interactive learning areas, the exhibit hall, and more than 1,000 presentations, hands-on workshops, expert-led panels, poster sessions, round table discussions, and networking opportunities.

Exhibit Hall Registration + Friday

Your registration fee includes unlimited access to the exhibit hall Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday; including the Opening Reception on Tuesday. Additionally, your badge will give you access to Exhibitor Showcase presentations in the exhibit hall and sponsored rooms, the Friday closing keynote, and all convention presentations and content on Friday.

Registration for Undergraduate Students

Undergraduate students receive a discounted registration rate of $100. Send proof of current enrollment to registration@tcea.org to receive your discount code and steps to proceed with registration. An example of an accepted proof of enrollment is a current class schedule or student ID.

Group Registration Form

This form can be used to collect information in advance to expedite the online group registration process. Once you have collected all the information, you will be able to register up to five registrants per transaction. The confirmation will be sent directly to each registrant, and you can also have a copy sent to you for tracking. To ensure accuracy of information, TCEA no longer processes group registrations. It is your responsibility to input all information into the system to complete the registration process.

All registration fees include a one-year TCEA membership. Once final payment has been received, your TCEA membership will be activated. If you are an existing TCEA member, your membership expiration date will be extended to expire one year from your payment date.
