Those requesting assistance must provide their anticipated schedule when submitting their request.
Nursing mothers will have private accommodations. Please check the program maps upon arrival for further details.
We will do our best to accommodate all requests. Please email email@example.com, or contact us at 512-476-8500 for further assistance.
To provide all TCEA attendees an optimal learning environment, children under the age of 16 are not permitted into sessions, workshops, or the exhibit hall during show hours, installation or dismantling. Children ages 16 and older must be registered for the convention and must be accompanied by an adult for admission. Children under the age 16 who are participating as a co-presenter in a session, must contact Meaghan Rhame at firstname.lastname@example.org or 512 450 5450. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this policy.
Onsite Tech Assistance
Limited tech support will be available during the convention. We will make every possible effort to ensure your experience in hands-on sessions and events is successful; however, we are limited in the support we are authorized to provide. We will not be able to install software, and you are encouraged to contact your district support staff to verify your laptop can connect to public wireless access.
The Austin Convention Center is a smoke-free facility.
