The TCEA Convention & Exposition is the marketplace educators flock to each year to learn about the newest tools and resources for education. Many use this opportunity to find new products, review them, and make buying decisions. Be sure you are front and center to make your impression.

Included with Booth Fee

  • Exhibit space
  • Standard 8′ back drape and 3′ side drape in show colors
  • 7″ X 44″ company identification sign
  • Three exhibitor badges per each 10′ x 10′ booth
  • Listing on the TCEA convention website
  • Listing in the TCEA convention mobile app
  • 19 exhibit hours, including dedicated exhibitor hours
Booths do not include electrical, carpet, or furnishings. These items may be rented from Freeman and KBHCC Utilities, official general service contractors, or provided by the exhibitor. All exhibitors are required to provide some type of floor covering for their exhibit space. This information will be available through the exhibitor portal in late October 2020.

Virtual Exhibit Hall Pricing

Below are the options for virtual participation. Those who exhibit in-person and would like to add on a virtual exhibit opportunity will receive a 75% discount.

In the event that you need to convert your in-person booth to the virtual platform, and go fully virtual, the “Virtual Only” price will apply in the place of the in-person fee.

Basic Booth Listing

Virtual-Only: $1,300

Virtual-Only: $5,000

Virtual Exhibit Hall Hours:

Feb. 1: noon – 6:30 p.m.
Dedicated hall hours: noon – 1 p.m.

Feb. 2-5: 8 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.
Dedicated Hall Hours: 3 p.m. – 4 p.m.

The online platform will be available to all attendees for 30 days.
