To provide all TCEA attendees an optimal learning environment, children under the age of 16 are not permitted into sessions, workshops, or the exhibit hall during show hours, installation or dismantling. Children ages 16 and older must be registered for the convention and must be accompanied by an adult for admission. Children under the age of 16 who are participating as a co-presenter in a session, must contact Meaghan Rhame at [email protected] or (512) 450-5450. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this policy.
Onsite Tech Assistance
Limited tech support will be available during the convention. We will make every possible effort to ensure your experience with hands-on sessions and events is successful. However, we are limited in the support we are authorized to provide. We will not be able to install software, and you are encouraged to contact your district support staff to verify your laptop can connect to public wireless access.
We will do our best to accommodate all requests. Please email [email protected], or contact us at 512-476-8500 for further assistance.
