Engage with Attendees at the Welcome Event

TCEA’s Welcome Event, held on Sunday afternoon, sets the tone for TCEA 2027 and gets attendees excited for what’s to come.

This year, the Welcome Event will be a series of interactive stations where attendees can network and engage with other attendees and sponsors. Please reach out to Sammy Unberhagen if you are interested in learning more about this sponsorship opportunity. 

Keynote Sponsor

$5,000 – Monday (10 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.)

$5,000 – Wednesday (10 a.m. – 11:15 a.m.)

Keynotes are typically among the most popular events at the TCEA Convention & Exposition. Each year, we bring in exciting speakers who draw the largest crowds outside the exhibit hall, ensuring your brand is seen by one of the largest gatherings of attendees throughout the event.

You will receive recognition during the opening presentation, be able to provide a seat drop (optional), address the audience for two to three (2-3) minutes, and introduce the speaker. This opportunity also includes a 6′ table (size based on availability) in the room for you to display products or marketing materials. You may bring up to three representatives from your company to assist with this sponsorship.

Keynote speakers will be announced mid-September.

Sponsored Presentation Room

Access to one premium presentation room, set up with furnishings from the convention center inventory, from Monday through Wednesday.

Your company’s sessions will be included in the final session listing found on the convention website and app.

Seats groups of 80 or larger, depending on room setup.

Internet (hard-wired), AV, drayage fees, and customized furnishings are not included. Wireless internet is provided in the room. The sponsor may set up the room on Sunday.

Sponsored Meeting Room

Access one private meeting room, set up with furnishings from the convention center inventory, from Monday through Wednesday.

Seats 10-40, depending on room setup.

Internet (hard-wired), AV, drayage fees, and customized furnishings are not included. Wireless internet is provided in the room. The sponsor may set up the room on Sunday.

Recharge Area / Attendee Lounge

Brand a recharge or lounge area with your company’s logo and put your mark on this important, functional space where attendees connect, charge up their devices, and relax. The location of the recharge or lounge areas will be added to the attendee map.

Exhibitor Showcase Presentation

Host a 50-minute exhibitor showcase in a session room set up with basic audio/visual needs (included in the final session listing).

Leadership Summit

The Leadership Summit is an add-on event designed just for the campus and district leaders who attend TCEA. This pre-conference event will run on Sunday, January 31, and offer exclusive content, a keynote speaker, networking time with sponsors and fellow attendees, and facilitated workshops.

This sponsorship will allow you to address the group for 2-3 minutes, as well as be recognized as a sponsor during the Leadership Summit. There will also be a dedicated time to give you the opportunity to talk to the leaders present. This sponsorship includes your choice of either a 6′ table with 2 chairs, or a more informal lounge space in the area for you to display products or marketing materials. You will be allowed to bring up to three representatives from your company to assist in this sponsorship and talk to the Summit attendees, as well as attend sessions and the closing reception.

Name Badge Lanyard

Your logo will be printed on the badge lanyards given to every TCEA 2027 attendee. That means every attendee will see your brand at all times during the convention.

Price is inclusive of lanyard and printing costs.

Wi-Fi Sponsor

$7,500 – Early Bird Rate (Price increases to $15,000 on October 1.)  

As the official Wi-Fi Sponsor, your brand becomes the literal connection point for every attendee at the TCEA Convention

• Custom Network SSID (e.g., “YourCompany_TCEAInternet”)
• Branded Splash Page: The first thing attendees see when they log on is a custom landing page featuring your logo and a brief message.

Convention Bag

Each bag is adorned with Convention artwork on one side and your branding on the other. You will also have the opportunity to provide a bag insert if desire. (Logo-ed promo items tend to be the most popular with our attendees.)

Exhibit Hall Meeting Room

Access an exhibit hall floor meeting room with a 10’ x 20’ hard wall structure that includes a carpet, a table, six chairs, a wastebasket, 14” x 22” sign, and one electric connection. 20’ x 20’ meeting rooms are also available. Contact Sammy Unberhagen for more information.

Exhibit Hall Food and Beverage Promo

Are you planning to host food and beverage in your booth? This opportunity gives you recognition on the convention session listing, in a dedicated TCEA mobile app push notification, and in the convention daily news emails.

The sponsor is responsible for the cost of food and beverage and ordering with the Convention Center’s catering service provider. Food ordered from other providers must be approved by the Convention Center’s catering service provider, and additional costs may apply.

Exhibit Hall Opening Drink Tickets

This sponsorship will give you 200 drink tickets valid for one beverage (beer, wine, or soft drink) per ticket at an exhibit hall bar on Monday, Feb. 1, at the designated time.

Attendees will be directed to your booth for drink tickets via the TCEA mobile app and in the convention daily news emails.

Exhibit Hall Coffee Drink Tickets

This sponsorship will give you 200 drink tickets, valid for one coffee beverage (regular or specialty coffee) per ticket, at the coffee station in Exhibit Hall 1 on Tuesday, Feb. 2, or Wednesday, Feb. 3 (please indicate your preferred day).

Attendees will be directed to your booth for coffee drink tickets via the TCEA mobile app and in the convention daily news emails.

Use a banner ad or push notification in the TCEA 2027 mobile app to offer giveaways, announce new products, or drive booth traffic.

Convention Dailies Ad

Get one (1) ad in a digital daily newsletter for TCEA 2027! These are sent via email to every single attendee, Monday – Wednesday.

One ad slot per day, availability on a first-come, first-served basis.

Attendee List

Boost your leads with access to the attendee list, which includes attendee names, titles, organizations, mailing addresses, and email addresses.

For attendees who opted in during registration. Attendees can opt-in for mailing addresses only, email only, or both mailing and email addresses. Order form available with the release of the Exhibitor Services Kit in September.
