Opening Event Sponsor

Held at the end of day one, the Opening Event is designed to set the tone of TCEA 2025 and get attendees excited for what’s to come. This is not the traditional featured presentation and will be designed to entertain and engage the attendees.

You will receive sponsor recognition, be able to provide a seat drop (optional), address the audience for two to three (2-3) minutes, and introduce the speaker. Includes a table in the room to display products or marketing materials. Up to three representatives are invited to attend.

Keynote Sponsor

The TCEA Keynotes are the the most popular events of the entire convention. We bring in exciting speakers that draw the largest crowds outside of the exhibit hall, so you can be sure that this sponsorship opportunity will allow you to get in front of one of the largest gathering of attendees during the whole week.

You will receive recognition during the opening presentation, be able to provide a seat drop (optional), address the audience for two to three (2-3) minutes, and introduce the speaker. This opportunity also includes a 6′ table (size based on availability) in the room for you to display products or marketing materials. You will be allowed to bring up to three representatives from your company to assist in this sponsorship.

Keynotes will be on Sunday, Feb. 2 and Wednesday, Feb. 5. Sponsor one, or both!

Sponsored Presentation Room

Saturday-Wednesday access to one premium presentation room set up with furnishings from convention center inventory at TCEA 2025.

Internet (hard-wired), AV, drayage fees, and customized furnishings are not included.

Sponsored Meeting Room

Saturday-Wednesday access to one private meeting room set up with furnishings from convention center inventory at TCEA 2025.

Recharge Area / Attendee Lounge

Brand a recharge or lounge area with your company’s logo and put your mark on this important, functional space where attendees connect, charge up their devices, and relax. The location of recharge or lounge areas will be added to the attendee map.

Exhibitor Showcase Presentation

Host a 60-minute exhibitor showcase in a session room set up with basic audio/visual needs (included in the final session listing).

Available with the release of the Exhibitor Services Kit in late October.

Leadership Summit

The Leadership Summit is new for 2025. This is a add-on event designed just for the campus and district leaders who attend TCEA and want to dive even deeper into topics like AI, Cybersecurity, and Data Privacy. This day-long event will run parallel to the rest of the Convention programming and offer exclusive content, a keynote speaker, networking time with sponsors and fellow attendees, and facilitated workshops.

This sponsorship will allow you to address the group for 2-3 minutes as well as be recognized as a sponsor during the Leadership Summit. There will also be a dedicated break to give you the opportunity to talk to the leaders present. This sponsorship includes a 6′ table (size based on availability) in the area for you to display products or marketing materials. You will be allowed to bring up to three representatives from your company to assist in this sponsorship and talk to the Summit attendees. All Leadership Summit attendees will be required to have a Full Conference Badge and will have access to all Convention programming and the Exhibit Hall.

The Leadership Summit will be held at the Host Hotel (Marriott Austin Downtown) on Monday, Feb. 3.

Volunteer Sponsor

Without our volunteers, the TCEA Convention & Exposition would not run as smooth and efficiently as it does. They help us scan attendees into sessions, monitor static areas, and assist with ensuring that our attendees are having the best experience possible. 

Show your support of these people as the exclusive Volunteer Sponsor. As the sponsor, you will get your logo/message on every volunteer shirt, your logo on the signage at the volunteer check-in area, recognition on the volunteer page on the website, and a banner/logo on every email communication we send to volunteers leading up to the event.

TCEA Recognition Dinner

Receive two (2) seats to attend the dinner, three (3) minutes to speak to this group of influential leaders in education, and one (1) seat drop and/or content for a follow-up email to be sent to all guests after convention.

Name Badge Lanyard

Your logo will be printed on the badge lanyards given to every TCEA 2025 attendee. That means every attendee will see your brand at all times during the convention.

Price is inclusive of lanyard and printing costs.

Convention Bag

The Convention Bag is very popular amongst our attendees and available to each registrant when they pick up their badge. They typically use this bag throughout the week as they pick up handouts in sessions and pick up freebies and flyers in the exhibit hall.

Each bag is adorned with Convention artwork on one side and your branding on the other. You will also have the opportunity to provide a bag insert if desire. (Logo-ed promo items tend to be the most popular with our attendees.)

Water Activation Station + Water Bottle

We introduced this activation back in 2020 and it was an immediate hit! Each attendee was given an infuser water bottle and was allowed to fill it with fruit, herbs, and water at specified times/days during the duration of the Convention.

This sponsorship includes the infuser water bottle with TCEA branding on one side and your branding on the other. The water activation station will provide fruit and water at specified times throughout the conference. You may have a representative at the station during peak times and provide promotional materials from your company at the station. The activation signage will include your logo to indicate your company as the sponsor.

Exhibit Hall Meeting Room

Access an exhibit hall floor meeting room with a 10’ x 20’ hard wall structure that includes a carpet, a conference table, six chairs, a wastebasket, 14” x 22” sign, and one electric connection. 20’ x 20’ meeting rooms are also available. Contact Sammy Unberhagen for more information.

This sponsorship will give you 200 drink tickets valid for one beverage (beer, wine, or soft drink) per ticket at an exhibit hall bar on Sunday, Feb. 2 at the designated time.

Attendees will be directed to your booth for drink tickets via the TCEA mobile app and in the convention daily news emails. 

Booth Demo Listings

Submit scheduled presentations, product demos, or activities hosted in your booth to be included in the final conference session listing and mobile app. Maximum of five (5) listings per company.
