Sponsorships That Get You in Front of Our Attendees
Opening Event Sponsor

TCEA’s Opening Event, held at the end of day one, sets the tone for TCEA 2026 and gets attendees excited for what’s to come. This is not the traditional featured presentation—it’s designed to entertain and engage the attendees.
You will receive sponsor recognition, be able to provide a seat drop (optional), address the audience for two to three (2-3) minutes, and introduce the speaker. Includes a table in the room to display products or marketing materials. Up to three representatives are invited to attend.
Keynote Sponsor

Keynotes are typically one of the most popular events of the TCEA Convention & Exposition. Each year, we bring in exciting speakers that draw the largest crowds outside of the exhibit hall to ensure that your brand is seen by one of the largest gatherings of attendees throughout the whole week.
You will receive recognition during the opening presentation, be able to provide a seat drop (optional), address the audience for two to three (2-3) minutes, and introduce the speaker. This opportunity also includes a 6′ table (size based on availability) in the room for you to display products or marketing materials. You will be allowed to bring up to three representatives from your company to assist in this sponsorship.
Keynote speakers will be announced closer to the event.
Sponsored Presentation Room

Access one premium presentation room, set up with furnishings from the convention center inventory, from Saturday through Wednesday.
Presentations in the sponsored presentation room will be published in the TCEA App’s event schedule.

Access one private meeting room, set up with furnishings from the convention center inventory, from Saturday through Wednesday.

Recharge Area / Attendee Lounge
$5,000 -LIMITED AVAILABILITY
Brand a recharge or lounge area with your company’s logo and put your mark on this important, functional space where attendees connect, charge up their devices, and relax. The location of the recharge or lounge areas will be added to the attendee map. Lounge area sponsors can choose from furnishings from the convention center inventory or provide their own.
Exhibitor Showcase Presentation
$300 -UNBEATABLE VALUE
Host a 60-minute exhibitor showcase in a session room set up with basic audio/visual needs (included in the final session listing).
Available with the release of the Exhibitor Services Kit in late September.
Sponsorships for Specific Groups
Leadership Summit
$7,500 -TWO SPOTS REMAINING
The Leadership Summit is an add-on event designed just for the campus and district leaders who attend TCEA. This event will run parallel to the rest of the Convention programming on Monday, February 2 and offer exclusive content, a keynote speaker, networking time with sponsors and fellow attendees, and facilitated workshops.
This sponsorship will allow you to address the group for 2-3 minutes as well as be recognized as a sponsor during the Leadership Summit. There will also be a dedicated break to give you the opportunity to talk to the leaders present. This sponsorship includes an area located in the pre-function space for the sponsor to display products, marketing materials, and network with attendees You will be allowed to bring up to three representatives from your company to assist in this sponsorship and talk to the Summit attendees.
The 2026 Leadership Summit will be held in a dedicated area within the Convention Center.
Volunteer Sponsor

Without our volunteers, the TCEA Convention & Exposition would not run as smooth and efficiently as it does. They help us scan attendees into sessions, monitor static areas, and assist with ensuring that our attendees are having the best experience possible.
Show your support of these people as the exclusive Volunteer Sponsor. As the sponsor, you will get your logo/message on every volunteer shirt, your logo on the signage at the volunteer check-in area, recognition on the volunteer page on the website, and a banner/logo on every email communication we send to volunteers leading up to the event.
TCEA Recognition Dinner

Receive two (2) seats to attend the dinner, three (3) minutes to speak to this group of influential leaders in education, and one (1) seat drop and/or content for a follow-up email to be sent to all guests after the 2026 TCEA Convention & Exposition.

Name Badge Lanyard

Your logo will be printed on the badge lanyards given to every TCEA 2026 attendee. That means every attendee will see your brand at all times during the convention.

Convention Bag
$20,000 -EXCLUSIVE
The Convention Bag is very popular amongst our attendees and available to each registrant when they pick up their badge. They typically use this bag throughout the week as they pick up handouts in sessions and pick up freebies and flyers in the exhibit hall.
Each bag is adorned with Convention artwork on one side and your branding on the other. You will also have the opportunity to provide a bag insert if desire. (Logo-ed promo items tend to be the most popular with our attendees.)

This sponsorship will give you 200 drink tickets valid for one beverage (beer, wine, or soft drink) per ticket at an exhibit hall bar on Sunday, Feb. 1, at the designated time.
Attendees will be directed to your booth for drink tickets via the TCEA mobile app and in the convention daily news emails.
Booth Demo Listings

Submit scheduled presentations, product demos, or activities hosted in your booth to be included in the final conference session listing and mobile app. Maximum of five (5) listings per company.
