Presenting at TCEA 2026.
TCEA isn’t just a top convention for educators — we’re a nonprofit organization dedicated to breaking down barriers in education and helping educators make a difference in the lives of students around the world. From teachers to administrators and beyond, our network includes more than 85,000 members who rely on our resources, support, and best-in-class PD opportunities.
As presenters, you are there to support other educators by sharing your experience, success, and knowledge at one of the best events for educators: the 2026 TCEA Convention & Exposition.
The call for presenters is now closed. If you submitted a presentation, you will receive an email in August to let you know if your session was accepted or not.
The TCEA Presenter Timeline
April – July
- Read the “Before Submitting” information carefully.
- Submit your application by June 2.
- Your submission will go through a blind review selection process by a committee of educators.
August – November
- Receive your acceptance or regret email in August 2025.
- If accepted, verify your (and any co-presenter) information is correct and complete your presenter contract.
- Register for TCEA 2026 by the deadline in your acceptance email.
December – January
- Prepare your presentation and presentation materials.
- Keep an eye out for important email updates!
- Provide handouts, materials, and your presentation slides in advance.
Jan. 31 – Feb. 4
- Come to TCEA 2026 in San Antonio, Texas, and present your heart out.
