Ali Hearn, MSW, LCSW is a Technical Assistance Director with the Midwest Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) Network in partnership with the National PBIS Technical Assistance Center. Ali provides leadership, training, and technical assistance to coaches, teams, schools, districts, and communities implementing PBIS at the Universal, Secondary, and Tertiary levels across Illinois.
As a collaborative partner with the US Department of Education’s National PBIS Center, Ali also facilitates PBIS implementation and training plans for school districts across the country. Before joining the PBIS team, Ali worked as a school-based social worker for seven years working with youth in grades K-12 as well as youth in multiple educational environments. Ali received her Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Illinois, her Master’s in Social Work from Loyola University in Chicago and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
